We want you to be fully satisfied with both your grooming service and product purchases. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, used grooming products (e.g. razors, creams) cannot be returned unless defective.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days.
If the item was purchased on promotion, refunds will reflect the discounted price paid.
We’re happy to exchange unopened products for another of equal value or provide store credit.
Refunds on services are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you’re unhappy, please speak to a manager immediately.
Missed appointments without prior notice (minimum 4 hours) are non-refundable.
Custom service packages may be rescheduled, but refunds are not available once a package has commenced.
