Refund and Exchange Policy for VO2MAX Barbers

At Vo2Max Family Barber, we are committed to providing every client with quality service and products. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully:

  1. SERVICE REFUND POLICY

1.1 Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a service you received, please let us know before leaving the barbershop or contact us within 24 hours of your visit.

1.2 Service Corrections
We do not offer cash refunds for barbering or grooming services. However, we do offer complimentary corrections within 3 days of the original service date, provided the original style request was clearly communicated.

1.3 No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not issue refunds if you change your mind after the service has been performed or if you fail to follow aftercare instructions that may affect the final result.

  1. PRODUCT REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

2.1 Unused & Unopened Products
You may return or exchange any unused and unopened retail product in its original packaging within 7 days of purchase, with the original receipt.

2.2 Used Products
Due to hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any used grooming or skincare products unless the item is defective.

2.3 Damaged or Defective Products
If a product you purchased from us is found to be damaged or defective, please return it within 7 days for a full refund or replacement. Proof of purchase is required.

  1. GIFT CARDS & PACKAGES

  • All sales of gift cards and prepaid packages are final and non-refundable.

  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Missed appointments booked with a prepaid package may result in forfeiture of that session unless proper cancellation notice is given.

  1. VVIP & MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP SERVICES

  • Monthly and VVIP packages are non-refundable once activated.

  • Services included in these packages must be used within the validity period.

  • Unused services cannot be rolled over or exchanged for other services or products.
