Returns & Refunds Policy

Effective Date: 13/05/2025

We want you to be fully satisfied with both your grooming service and product purchases. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns (Products)

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, used grooming products (e.g. razors, creams) cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days.

  • If the item was purchased on promotion, refunds will reflect the discounted price paid.

3. Exchanges

  • We’re happy to exchange unopened products for another of equal value or provide store credit.

4. Services

  • Refunds on services are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you’re unhappy, please speak to a manager immediately.

  • Missed appointments without prior notice (minimum 4 hours) are non-refundable.

5. Custom Packages & VVIP Services

Custom service packages may be rescheduled, but refunds are not available once a package has commenced.
